What we collect

If you request early access, we collect the email address you submit and the fact that it came from this website. We do not ask for a name, a phone number or payment details on this site.

Why we collect it

To send you a confirmation that you are on the early access list, and to contact you when a place becomes available or when there is news that is directly relevant to that request. We do not sell or rent your details to anyone.

Who processes it

Waitlist addresses are stored and emailed through Resend, our email service provider. The website is served from our hosting provider, which processes standard request data such as IP address and user agent in order to serve pages and protect the service. If you agree to analytics cookies, PostHog processes the visit data described below on servers in the European Union.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising cookies, and we do not sell or share visit data with advertisers.

Your light or dark theme preference is stored locally in your browser so the site remembers it between visits. That value never leaves your device. Your answer to the analytics question below is stored the same way, so that we can honour it and stop asking.

Analytics, only if you agree. If you accept, we use PostHog to count visits and see which pages people read. It sets a cookie to recognise the same browser across pages and on a later visit, and it records the page address, the page you arrived from, your approximate location derived from your IP address, and basic device information such as browser and screen size. Nothing loads and nothing is sent until you accept: if you decline, or have not answered, no analytics code runs on this site at all.

We have deliberately turned off the parts of PostHog that would collect more than that. We do not record what you type, we do not capture your clicks or form fields, and we do not replay your session. If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal we skip analytics even if you accepted. Analytics requests are served through this website’s own domain rather than a third party address, and the analytics cookie is limited to this website and is not shared with our application subdomains.

Your choices

• Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes you from the list.
• You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.

To make any of those requests, email hello@getflowing.ai and we will action it.

You can change your answer about analytics cookies at any time, right here. Withdrawing stops collection and deletes the cookie from this browser.
