What the units mean, which plan fits which situation, and how to add capacity without moving up a tier.

What is an agent work unit?

An agent work unit is the unit GetFlowing uses to measure a piece of delivery work carried out by the agents. Each plan includes a monthly allowance: 20 on Starter, 75 on Pro, 200 on Business and 500 on Scale. Extra units can be added in packs of ten for £18 per month per pack.

Which plan can manage software I already run?

Onboarding for existing projects starts on the Pro plan. Starter is built around a single new managed app and does not include existing project onboarding, custom domains, automatic deployment on merge or background and scheduled jobs.

How many people can use GetFlowing on each plan?

Starter and Pro are single user plans. Business, Scale and Enterprise support multiple users in one workspace, and Business upwards includes SLA support.

Can I add capacity without changing plan?

Yes. An extra managed app is £50 per month each, and an extra pack of ten agent work units is £18 per month each. If you need several of both, moving up a plan is usually the better value.

Why is there no public price for Enterprise?

Enterprise covers unlimited managed apps, projects, agent work units, build minutes and deployments, ten environments and dedicated isolation, so the shape of the agreement depends on the organisation. Email hello@getflowing.ai and we will talk it through rather than publish a number that would not apply to you.
